Prep Membership (Ages 14 – 18)​

Sessions every Mon. & Wed. at 4pm at WWHS

These Sessions are approximately 1 hour long strength training programs that are designed to measurably improve the speed, agility, flexibility, strength and power of the participant. Classes are led by in-person qualified strength and conditioning specialists. Progress reports will be made available.
