Volleyball Power Camp

This six-week camp begins Tuesday, June 11th, and ends July 25th (with a mid-program break for the week of July 4th).
The program will focus on measurably improving the athletes’ vertical jump and quickness, with tests to support the results.
These are 1-hour sessions supervised by a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday at 11:15 am @ WWHS.
